A Curator's Choice is a fantastic exhibition of British art open at Harley Gallery Nottinghamshire this Spring/Summer. The Gallery displays work selected by Lara Wardle, director of the Jerwood Collection - a private collection of British art for public display.
The show includes a wonderful array of paintings, prints, drawings and sculptures ranging from c.1910 to 2019. The selection will highlight some of the treasures of the Jerwood Collection and includes work by Augustus John RA, Ben Nicholson, Chantal Joffe RA, Hannah Bays, Rose Wylie RA, William Scott RA and Winifred Nicholson amongst many others.
The exhibition is the first of a year-long Jerwood Residency at Harley Gallery. We are looking forward to the upcoming 'Outsider Art // Kindred Spirits' that will open in the Autumn.
