Online Ordering Delivery Dates

DATES FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS 

For guaranteed Christmas delivery please see the following options.

UK DELIVERY: Tuesday 19th December 2017 / Before 1pm

EUROPE DELIVERY:  7th December 2017

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: 6th December 2017 

It’s a very busy time of year, so delivery times can vary. Any orders placed after the Christmas cut off time, may arrive after The New Year.

Our team will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly and on time as possible. 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have extended our returns policy over the Christmas season.

Online purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund until 12th January 2018. This extended returns policy is only valid on orders that were made online from Friday December 1st  until Tuesday 19th before 1pm** (The last UK order date) 

In store purchases may be returned for an exchange or credit note until 12th January 2018. This extended returns policy is only valid on orders that were made in store from Friday December 1st  until Tuesday 19th before 1pm** (The last UK order date) 

If you are considering an refund or exchange, please let us know asap by emailing shoes@traceyneuls.com and including your 4 digit order number, name and date of purchase. This will help reserve a new style or size if needed.

If posting a return, please send items back to the address stated on the packing slip that’s included with your delivery. We recommend sending your package recorded delivery, so it can be tracked. 

For customers outside the UK, please ensure you clearly mark ‘returned goods – no commercial value’ on the parcel, as failing to do so may result in your parcel incurring import charges or being returned back to you.
