This Geek is an extremely limited edition, made of original 1960's Sanderson archival textiles, discovered by Tracey herself at an interior salvage design company called Retrouvius, in London. Every single shoe is completely unique and combines the legacy of both iconic companies.
Sanderson is one of the oldest and most iconic British heritage textile companies, dating back to 1860s in Islington, London. A hundred years after its founding, Sanderson incorporated the legendary Morris & Co. archive as well, uniting two pioneers of fusing art with functional design. A great correlation to Tracey's work. Both companies originally produced textiles for wallpapers and soft furnishing, Tracey Neuls known for her use of unconventional materials, saw an opportunity to use this archival textiles with her shoe design.
