Graeme Foers of Tapped Out has been making maple syrup for 23 years and it is like no other you have ever tasted.
Tapped Out don't use any vacuum lines in their sap collection process. They use traditional spiles and buckets and only take what the tree is willing to give. Made entirely by hand, and cooked the traditional way - outside in the woods over an open fire. This creates a taste unlike any other maple syrup available, which is why Tapped Out has a cult-like following around the world.
This is a very limited edition batch all the way from Canada, that is not available in the UK and can only be sourced through Tracey Neuls London.
