We celebrated our appreciation for post war modernism by hooking up with Retrouvius; the best ever design and architectural reclamation company. Retrouvius exclusively re-issued Ernest Race's rare and sought-after 1948 rocking chair - manufactured to original specifications. In keeping with the Retrouvius salvage ethos, a limited number of chairs were upholstered in specially sourced fabrics including an original Lucienne Day print. Our shoes were made using the very same fabrics. Customers chose the style, fabric and three short weeks later their hand-made limited edition shoes were ready.
