Michael Landy: Saints Alive!

Michael Landy has a new show at the National Gallery, as their current artist-in-residence. Landy's large-scale sculptures were conceived by re-casting fragments of paintings in the National Gallery archive into three dimensions, cobbled together from refuse he collected from boot sales and flea markets. The seven sculptures can be cranked into life by a foot pedal that visitors are encouraged to use. 23 May – 24 November 2013
