BUT wait a minute! in hindsight this comment is not the dumbest thing to say as they let in a Jeff Koons because of his influence on the YBA's didn't they!?
There are some hidden gems like a photograph by Rose Finn-Kelcey, shame I couldn't find the image for this, it's great. Liked the hanging apple by Urls Fisher. Anthony Caro's 'Early One Morning' in a room to itself is so brilliant and had my attention for the longest of time. There's lots to be debated. When you come to the shop lets discuss and get down to the nitty gritty about this show!
