Paris Eating

I know it seems like a holiday but we doooo go to Paris for work. We were presenting the new Tracey Neuls AW13 collection to the fashion world! When we leave the exhibition it's time to hunt out a tasty meal and a glass of vin. Strictly French cuisine! (Apart from Bofinger did have sauerkraut on the menu. Who was Bofinger anyway? Well, he was an Alsatian that moved to Paris in 1864 and was the first Parisian brasserie to offer beer on draught. Served in earthenware pots that customers brought themselves) Le Chateau de l'Ouest was also good and is at: 101, Rue du Chateau.
