Celebrating with Ui

We've had an incredibly special evening opening our new store in Coal Drops Yard, celebrating with the most unique cheers thanks to Ui - the most original drink we've had a chance to try. Like a flower in full bloom, the unique drinking experience made us feel the beautiful, fleeting moment.

Ui is a drink of two parts, which when combined, blossom into a burst of subtle yet exquisite flavour. The essence is a fresh-tasting, floral alcohol crafted in Japan using the traditional techniques of rice fermentation and flower yeast. The accord is a selection of naturally extracted ingredients, carefully chosen to enhance the floral notes of the essence. 

For our guests, we served Ui neat in the beautiful bottles and mixed with sparkling mineral water for a lighter aperitif. Thanks to the subtle fragrance, sounds of ice against the glass and the soft flower leaf wraps of the bottle, the experience involved all the senses, and pouring the drink was an elegant spectacle to enjoy. 

We were introduced to this drink by Notable Women. We've heard so many compliments from our guests and we couldn't imagine our opening without it. Cheers!
