If you do not already know of this inspiring platform, Glorious Sport offer a much-needed space for women to explore athletic strength and sporting achievement in all of its varied forms, through the lens of art and culture.

Presenting community stories, trend pieces, photographic series and films, the platform has given worldwide women’s sport a 'new kind of creative aesthetic'. A favourite of ours is a piece on the Sun City Poms, by Annabel Herrick, about a troupe of 55 to 86 year old women in Arizona formed in 1979. The group train twice a week for up to ten hours and challenge everyone's perception of ageing. We guarantee a rush of pure joy when you read this article and see the incredible photographs by Todd Antony - who frankly needs a whole blog post dedicated to himself and his inspiring work.
