Nicknamed the designers’ designer, London footwear icon Tracey Neuls is celebrated for combining the worlds of design, art and fashion. This time, for London Design Festival 2019, she is stepping into film.
Tracey Neuls’ ideas on individuality, her brand’s evolution and core values will be explored. A first-hand account of her creative process, inspirations and curiosity will be discussed in an original short film. The gallery-like arch of our Coal Drops Yard boutique has been reinvented to house a cinema-inspired installation. Shoes surround classic red velvet theatre seats with sculptural pop corn installations. More akin to arthouse film than franchise movie, watch her merging surrealism with cutting-edge contemporary design.

Charleston was home to Bloomsbury Group artists Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant, renowned for their paintings and design work, and original thinking in all aspects of everyday life.
The house is famed for its decor - hand painted from top to bottom by the artists, who beautifully designed each others bedrooms. It is such a unique place, and you can tell it was done for their own enjoyment and use - rather than being about impressing others.
