The role will include: Front of house duties & customer care Retail marketing and future planning Sales in both East and West London locations Shop space display and curation Stock, reporting, sales management Development and execution of plans for retail growth Working with the Brand Manger on events and PR We are looking for applicants with the following skills: A confident, sociable personality Excellent organisation skills for day to day shop management & administration An understanding of retail systems and stock control Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient on a Macintosh, Excel, Word and good with numbers Graphic eye a plus Good photoshop and illustrator skills Ability to develop and maintain online social media presence Good knowledge of food, art, music and London Town An appreciation for the art of service and customer care
