For the Sales Assistant job, selling is an easy extension of a naturally enthusiastic personality; the main ingredient being an understanding and appreciation for Tracey Neuls designs. A meticulous eye for detail is needed for shop maintenance, display and customer care. Written communication must be precise and organised. Proficient Apple computer skills are required from stock reporting and sales graphing to photoshopping and graphic layout. Social Media should be second nature and a flare for marketing is beneficial. A confident personality, business acumen and communication skills are key attributes in the candidate we search for.

• Retail sales in both East and West London locations
• Front of house duties, customer care and maintenance
• Promoting events and driving social media with our Brand Manager
• Managing online content, home page, newsletters and orders
• Monthly sales reports for shop and online
We are looking for applicants with the following skills:
• An understanding for the art of service and luxury customer care
• A sociable, confident personality who equally contributes to a team as is self motivated
• An eye for detail and tidiness
• Excellent organisation and computer skills
• Proficient on a Macintosh, Excel, Word and good with numbers
• Graphic eye is a plus with photoshop and illustrator skills
• Good knowledge of food, art, music and London Town
