Tracey Neuls Limited is a premium British women's and men's footwear and accessory design company founded 19 years ago. A crafted sculptor of footwear herself, Tracey had the vision to create shoes that were designed with integrity, timeless style and quality.

As we approach our 20th year, we have some exciting things happening and we need your help. We are looking for curious, passionate individuals to join our team. We pride ourselves on being a transparent company where every member of our team can make a real difference.
As a successful Retail Assistant applicant, you:
  • Meet individual and team sales targets. A true interest in the Tracey Neuls brand and product makes selling easy and fun.
  • Use honed sales techniques to maximise every opportunity
  • Are genuinely interested in people and what they have to say. Our clients are eager, informed and full of life, like you. Knowledge of what's going on in London’s food scene, recent art shows and design happenings is part of who you are. Knowledge of the brand history and styles on offer are needed on an in-depth level.
  • Maintain the retail environment with pride and contribute to creative display
  • Manage AM and PM stock levels
  • Show precision when handling cash, credit cards, petty cash and end of day totals
  • Are Mac savvy using Excel, Word and Photoshop is a plus. Shopify knowledge is a plus.
  • Have proficient written and spoken English. A second language is a plus.
  • Have previous retail sales or hospitality experience
  • Are self motivated and work well independently as well as you do as part of a team. Good communication is key.
  • Multitask. In a company where we design products from scratch, make them and sell them at wholesale, retail and online - there is always something to do. You enjoy the variety that being involved in a growing company can bring.

"We have had a lot of fun in our East London shop, pushing the boundaries of retail, treating it like a gallery and hosting thought-provoking Artist Collaborations and creating our most recent Mise en Scene Shoe Bar.
