According to the charity Mind, one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. Plus, one in six in England will experience a common mental health problem such as anxiety or depression each week.
WHEN TO START WALKING FOR MENTAL HEALTH
I know, the past few days(possibly week) going outside sometimes seems like the biggest effort in the world. But, when you make a conscious effort, your mind will really thank you for it. Exploring your neighbourhood is a great start.
HOW MANY STEPS A DAY WILL HELP?
It’s good to have a benchmark every day. The NHS recommends 150 active minutes a week.

We've kept the sole in natural so this shoe is an all-year-round wear. We only had a small amount of this leather available and nabbed it all. Sadly once these are gone, there are no repeats.
