WALKING FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
According to the charity Mind, one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. Plus, one in six in England will experience a common mental health problem such as anxiety or depression each week.
WHEN TO START WALKING FOR MENTAL HEALTH
I know, the past few days(possibly week) going outside sometimes seems like the biggest effort in the world. But, when you make a conscious effort, your mind will really thank you for it. Exploring your neighbourhood is a great start.
HOW MANY STEPS A DAY WILL HELP?
It’s good to have a benchmark every day. The NHS recommends 150 active minutes a week.
So why not walk in our new PABLO Koala?
Lace-up footwear are the best for achieving a bespoke fit to your foot. We have also designed in removable insoles so you can apply your personal orthotics if you wish to do so. Or wear barefooted and exchange the insoles to refresh them.
The grainy finish is classic menswear-inspired. Being dyed all the way through means that a little scuff can easily be polished out. We've kept the sole in natural so this shoe is an all-year-round wear. We only had a small amount of this leather available and nabbed it all. Sadly once these are gone, there are no repeats.
