Taking care of your feet and legs using consciously created products is so easy these days with many choices of brands working to make products that are good for your with as little impact on the environment as possible.
Soak your feet in energising salts like the Wholy me Relief Salts or plain Epsom salts
You may wish to add some peppermint essential oil or try soaking in the Weleda Relaxing Lavender bath soak. Once the skin on your feet has softened, you are ready for a little scrub.
Smoothe and nourish dry skin by scrubbing your feet concentrating on the heels and ankles. You can use a natural pumice stone or try a coffee scrub like the Elengé shea butter coffee scrub or Upcircle Beauty body scrub. You can give yourself a bit of a pedicure by removing any cuticles with a wooden stick.
Pat your feet dry and massage a rich body butter or foot balm. One of my favourites is the Evolve Beauty Body Tropical Body Butter or Neals Yard Comfre Foot balm Keep your toes toasty in some cotton socks for at least 30 minutes before adding any polish. Try Nail Kind or Kure Bazaar
for some colour
