The Magritte Machine

Have you dreamt of stepping into a painting?

We decided the next best thing was to let the painting step out. This is what inspired the design of our Magritte Boots, reimagined from the Belgian artist Rene Magritte's painting The Red Model, 1934.

And it seems we are not the only ones intent on bringing Magritte's work to life. Recent interactive installations of his paintings have been presented around the globe, with one now planned for London. 

We will be able to explore his work through 360 degree digital projections, a one-of-a-kind VR experience, and an atmospheric light and sound show. 

Details are currently hush-hush but there is a waiting list that you can join in advance for Magritte: The Immersive Experience here, and if you find yourself in Madrid, then one of our favourite ever galleries - Museo Thyssen is currently presenting a major exhibition of Magritte, where you can experience the works in the flesh, as intended. The exhibition includes more than 90 paintings by the artist and runs until January 30th 2022.
